Last summer, I started getting my fiancé interested in cooking. He wanted to learn how to cook better and surprise people with his new skills. So one day, I came home to a surprise. He had cooked fish and let me tell you, it was great. Together we started making the dish often, even though his was great, some times we didn’t have all the ingredients and we had to improvise, leading to this simple and delicious recipe. Fish is a very good source of protein and has so many health benefits that we should all try to introduce it to our weekly menus. The more, the merrier.


1-2 sea bass

4 small to medium sized onions

2 handfuls of cherry tomatoes

1 lemon


2 cloves of garlic

Salt and pepper

Extra virgin olive oil


In a baking dish, add the cleaned sea bass and add lemon wedges to the inside.

Slice onion and add them to the baking dish, spreading them out evenly.


Add the cherry tomatoes, sprinkle with parsley, minced garlic, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.

Cook in the oven for 30 minutes, or until fish is done, at 200 degrees Celsius.
