Want a quick, yet delicious and impressive 20 minute pasta dish?! Well here you go. I went to a local restaurant with my parents about a year ago and had a typical Italian lunch. We had an antipasto, which is like an entree and then we all chose the same primo which translates to a “first”, which is usually a pasta or rice dish. Meats and fish are called a “second” aka a second. Quick Italian lesson for you, lol. Back to cooking. So, we chose the pasta con funghi porcini and it was so simple and amazingly tasteful. So, what does anyone who loves food and cooking food do? Recreate it! Off to the ingredients we go…

Serves 4

300 g pasta of your choice. I used fusilli because thats what I had on hand

150 g mushroom (I used champignons, but you can use any type)

200-250 ml heavy cream

Handful of parsley

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil

Method:

Start by boiling the water. Add salt to the water and add pasta once the water is boiling.
