This pasta dish is simple and delicious and best of all, quick and done in no time. Well, no dish can be done in no time but lets come to a compromise. The time to cook the pasta is considered quick, right?! Right! So lets make this intro quick to go with this quick recipe.

Serves 4


100 g pasta per person or the portion you like

150 g Gruyère cheese

150 g cubed turkey

1 can of peas (the small can)

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil to taste

How to:

Bring pasta water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the directions on the bag. Meanwhile, cut up the cheese and the turkey and heat up a skillet.

Add the turkey and cheese to the skillet just long enough to make the cheese melt slightly. Season to taste and add the peas. Mix everything together with the pasta and serve. Enjoy!!
