A while back, I made some chicken meatballs and I loved them. Ever since, I’ve tried a few varieties and this one that I’m about to share with you is by far one of my favorites. Check it out:

Ingredients:

4-6 green onions

3 garlic cloves

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

A pinch of chili powder

Handful chopped parsley

1 cm piece of ginger

600 g minced chicken or turkey

2 tablespoons sesame seeds

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 egg

Sesame oil for cooking

How to:

Chop the green onion, garlic cloves and ginger. Add this along with all the other ingredients to a bowl and mix well. You can add a bit of breadcrumbs if you find your mixture a bit runny.

Form the meatballs using your hands or by using a ice cream scoop. Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.

Add sesame oil to a pan and add the meatballs. Cook on all sides until cooked through. We definitely don’t want any raw chicken.

Serve with sweet chili sauce or soy sauce or both.
